We are looking for an experienced conference producer to produce (initially) evening panel discussions, conferences and workshops that target various markets.
The person with have at least 2 years experience producing events, ideally medium to large interactive conferences.
Our company runs a number of Networks targeting specific job functions or industries.
Each Network hosts a series of quarterly evening panel discussions, an Annual Congress and a couple of half day workshops.
We are looking for an articulate, confident person who sounds good on the phone and can command both the respect and attention of senior people.
We are a small company (5 of us at the moment) and we work HARD but have fun too. Whilst the culture is informal, it is not “slack” and someone who looks to do the bare minimum would be neither happy nor welcome.
We are offering up to 35K basic for someone with the right experience, and will pay performance related bonuses on an event specific basis.
40K is a realistic OTE and a really consistently excellent performance would earn 40K plus.
